I am a storyteller, and I have a huge passion for telling them as authentically and engagingly as possible. Over the past decade, I've been honing my craft in VoiceOver through acting and vocal teachers around the Nashville area. Audiobooks are definitely my speciality as I love this longer-form performance type and coming up with different character voices. I've done everything from YA to mystery to fantasy to nonfiction spirituality genres. I master/edit all audio in my home studio, which allows me to have quick turnaround times because of this. Quality work quickly is my motto.
Training
I started my career in theatre, specifically musical theatre, and did professional shows around the Nashville area, dabbling in VoiceOver and in front of the camera. I decided to hone in on Voiceover, and was fortunate to train with vocal masters Randy Craft and Kate Paradise during my Bachelor's degree in places like Oceanway Studios. I learned extensively about dynamics, cadence, and recording techniques. During the COVID pandemic, I learned how to professionally edit and master audio though some masterclasses taught by engineers in the industry.
Experience
Commercial VO: I just recently got to work with Intel's DRIVE program, IBEX, Vozitel, and Megafood to name a few.
Audiobooks: 2021 has seen me put out 9 audiobooks, with 6 more on the way, to be released before the end of this year. My favorites have been PLOT TWIST by Bethany Turner, KIMBER by L.K. Hingey, and ROAR LIKE A LION by Levi Lusko and Tami Fortner.
