My start came in 1963 when I was employed by our local AM radio station. From there I worked on a variety of radio formats giving me a wide range of media exposure.\
I served four years with the United States Air Force as a Radio/TV production specialist and Information specialist.
I was trained at the Defense Information School in Indianapolis, IN.
Experience
I worked for CNN since its inception in 1979 and retired in 2001.
My experience includes on-air radio talent, radio news reporting, television booth announcer, and military combat journalist in Vietnam.
I also have extensive professional experience in audio recording and production.
