Ripley Johnson

With a vocal profile that is often described as a blend of Ellen Degeneres and Sigourney Weaver, Ripley brings a sense of friendship, warmth, and approachability to her voicework. A self described, "stand up science nerd," Ripley ranges from dry sarcastic wit, to engaging technical and scientific narration in the blink of an eye. She enjoys the personal perspective of being a mother of two as well as a military veteran who is equally comfortable in a kitchen, standing on a stage, or busting her knuckles, turning wrenches under her car.
Ripley isn't "dainty" and she owns fewer pairs of shoes than her husband. She is practical, educated, and prides herself on her honesty and integrity. Her voice isn't about sounding beautiful, it's about gaining trust and getting an understanding and appreciation for the subject being discussed.

 Training

Ripley has decades of dramatic instruction from instructors who have educated bonafide hollywood movie stars. She continues her pursuit of perfection by working with some of the best known and respected VO coaches in the industry.
Ripley is equally skilled on both sides of the microphone and offers mixing and editing along with her voice acting skills with more than fifteen years experience in studios.
