Still in high school, I cut my first voiceover, a commercial for a bowling center – that was over 25 years ago. Following a meandering career path, the one constant through all this was a steady stream of voiceover work. It was the only thing I was always doing, regardless of my 'day job'. In early 2003, I took the plunge and went full time freelance. Although I have a deep background in hard sell retail & event spots, my work these days is mostly narration for TV & web video, promos, and character voices for video games and animation.
Training
I majored in broadcast production & performance at the University of Northern Iowa, attended acting workshops at the University of Iowa, and have spent years on the mic as radio DJ, club DJ, comedy host, event MC, and live announcer.

The recent work I'm most proud of is the narration for Nashville Predators: Beneath The Ice, a behind-the-scenes web series that just completed its third season. Nominated for a regional Emmy, the series is a fan favorite and drives massive traffic and views to the Predators site. I'm also looking forward to the third season of Sheep Shape, on Sportsman Channel, now in post production and airing summer 2017.
