When I speak, people listen. I bring a deep, commanding voice that can motivate and persuade as well as be down to earth and approachable. My voice has been described as a "man's man" who is comfortable with construction and power tools and a voice that instills confidence and knowledge for financial, medical, and technical information. Working in my own Pro Tools-equipped studio I offer quick turnaround times. I will deliver .wav and .mp3 file formats as you and/or your client may require. I can upload your project to the cloud, or as an email attachment. Communication is my strength, so I will leave you satisfied!

 Experience

I began my voice over journey some 40 years back on the high school speech team reading prose, poetry and performing radio speaking. During this time I read books for the blind on audio cassettes which were the height of audio technology at the time. I spent the next ten years in the US Navy Nuclear propulsion program, the last two as a recruiter presenting Navy opportunities to thousands of high school students. Over the past 30 years in commercial nuclear power, I have taken courses in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Communications which helped in multiple presentations of corporate policy to my direct contributors and reports to senior leadership. Looking to make a career change as I near retirement, I have taken classes with Voices For All and personal voice coaching with Mike Elmore. New to commercial voiceover, I have performed some corporate internal messaging and have started reading books for the visually impaired again with the Illinois Radio Reader program.
