I have a deep passion for animation and video game work in particular, and those are the genres that I can confidently say I am the best at. It's not just interesting voices that I am good at producing, but I pride myself on being able to use those voices convincingly to emotionally connect. Quite simply, I love and am good at acting with my voice. I've also been a professional voice actor for 5 years, a professional singer and musician for 10 years. My voice is incredibly versatile, and you'll see in my demos that I have developed a wide range over the years that is capable of pretty much any kind of voice clients are looking for. My experience and my musical ear makes me an engaging story teller behind a microphone, and I specialize in emotionally engaging commercials. At the end of the day, I'm a very consistent performer, and I have good instincts as a reader.
Training
I spent 4 years studying voice over at Del Mar Media Arts in Irvine, California. I was also able to do a Disney Animation workshop with David Wright through Del Mar. Since then, I've also done private commercial coaching with Mary Lynn Wissner, as well as private coaching and classes with Adam Kirschner of McIlroy & Associates in Canada. Lastly, I recently completed some fresh demos with Chuck Duran from Demos That Rock, and he also offered some great perspectives on breaking down copy that I use now in auditions.
Experience
I have done numerous safety industrials for companies like Nissan through AudioGirl Productions in Little Rock, Arkansas.
I have recorded commercials for Ananda Sleep Systems by way of Sherman Sound Suite in Irvine, California.
I have recorded commercials for Certifed Brands Group, by way of Big Gun Ventures in Costa Mesa, California.
I have recorded several ADR/English dubbing characters for foreign television shows (mainly Mexican as well as a couple of Russian shows). All this dubbing was done through Voxx Studios in Glendale, California.
My crowning achievement, in my opinion, was recording character voices for the video game Dynasty Warriors 9, also through Voxx Studios in Glendale, California.
It isn't voice over, but I also have done numerous professional singing gigs in Southern California (Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, professional musical theater, etc.). My singing ability drastically improves my voice over, in my opinion.
Specials
I am a trained musician and professional singer, so I can offer my vocals to jingles or any music if need be. I also am a skilled audio editor and voice over engineer, so I do offer production services such as royalty free music and sound effects. I enjoy producing tracks and have the perfect set up for it.
