I excel at warm, conversational reads - those are my favourites to record - but I can also easily bring the energy and excitement for a more upbeat or urgent topic. My long-term clients appreciate my versatility and willingness to try new approaches to a project. My background as a copywriter, director, and producer for broadcasting gives me a unique approach and, I believe, an inherent understanding of what the writer is looking for in a voiceover. That broadcast background has also made me a stickler for sound, so everything I provide is clean and clear and ready to go!

 Training

Over 20 years in radio and TV broadcasting (including CTV, Virgin Radio, Pure Country stations) have given me the opportunity to hone my craft and to learn alongside some of the best in the radio business... both in voice technique and audio editing, including working under an instructor of audio production from Humber College. I am also a conservatory-trained vocalist, which has given me a wonderful base and awareness of breathing and diction.
