I’m Jeremy Sutherland, a Boise-based voice actor and singer with a real passion for storytelling. I combine a five-octave vocal range with professional training from industry names like Jennifer Hale, Sara Cravens, Brian Palermo, Amanda Troop, and Jamie Sarah Lewis. My focus is on video games, animation, commercials, promos, and audio dramas.

Training
I developed my voice over skills through extensive training on SkillsHub, learning directly from leading industry professionals. My coaches include Jennifer Hale, Sara Cravens, Brian Palermo, Amanda Troop, Jamie Sarah Lewis, Sebastien Croteau, Claire Lim, Richard Redfield, & Brook Chalmers. Through their courses, I built my foundation in character creation, commercial reads, improv, creature vocalizations, auditioning, and more, giving me a well-rounded and real-world skill set that I bring to every project.
In addition to my voice over education, I have been writing, recording, and performing music since 2009.. By collaborating with acclaimed producers and songwriters like Michael James and Jan Seedman, I learned to craft compelling lyrics and melodies, and to express emotion both in the writing and delivery of songs. These experiences have shaped my expressive style and enhanced my ability to bring authentic storytelling to my voice over work.

My musical journey includes extensive experience as a songwriter, where I focus on crafting lyrics and melodies that connect with listeners on an emotional level. I have worked closely with producers, songwriters, and performers, and have performed on stage for large audiences as both a musician and vocalist. These experiences in songwriting and live performance have given me a strong foundation in storytelling, emotional expression, and authentic connection, all of which I bring to each voice over project.
