"Lower voice -- Friendly, intelligent, conversational, upbeat"

I'm a full-time voice actor who loves telling a good story and bringing it to life. A bright happy mom, a sarcastic wife, a college professor, a serious doctor, a newscaster--those are just a few of the roles I've played in commercials, corporate narrations, eLearning and medical narrations over the years. I'm proud to have voiced a number of documentaries too, along with in-show narration, promotional work and telephony.

I love the challenge of complex work with difficult wording, such as medical eLearning and business/legal education. Directors and producers who work with me describe me as very directable, versatile, smart, and fun. With my fully equipped studio I can send finished files very quickly, and I have a number of ways to connect, such as Skype, ipDTL and SourceConnect.

One of the things that makes me unique is that for 5 years, I hosted a business TV program in which I interviewed CEO's and entrepreneurs from around the globe. I learned a great deal about many industries, from banking to alternative energy, and became quite familiar with industry jargon, which helps me greatly when it comes to explaining complex subject matter.

I've been doing voiceover professionally for over 20 years, along with on-camera hosting and interviewing.
Prior to that, I was a news anchor (presenter) and reporter on local TV and Radio (in Miami and Tampa in Florida, and Reno Nevada).
I've taken several improv and acting classes. And for voiceover in particular, I've been coached by David Goldberg, JV Martin, Dave Walsh and Marice Tobias among others.
Currently I am also a pledge (fund-raising) host for South Florida PBS, which involves ad-libbing and interviewing guests, along with reading conversationally from a teleprompter.

One of my biggest achievements so far is the narration of a soon-to-be released documentary, about a controversial medical diagnosis affecting children. It was such a great way to use my voice and passion to tell an important story.
For over 15 years I was the voice of the Broadway Channel, narrating stories about musicals and plays in New York--an extremely entertaining job, until the company changed hands.
Some of my clients include the US Army, Atlantis Paradise Resort, the Chateau de Versailles in Paris, IBM, GL Homes, Aldebaran, Amundi, International Baccalaureate, True North Salmon, and many more.

I have done a lot of writing for broadcast, from news to documentaries and corporate videos, and I do love to help international clients polish and localize their scripts for an American audience. If you are interested in my writing skills, please let me know!
