"A voice that can tell stories - be they 80,000 or 8 words long."

Gill Mills is a dramatically trained former BBC broadcaster and journalist with over 20 years of experience. She has her own studio and can visit London studios if required.

Has voiced-over entertainment and factual TV shows for Channel Four, BBC and the ITV channels.
Has narrated over 20 fiction and non-fiction titles for Audible.
Past commercial clients include Barclays, Coca-cola, Microsoft Teams, Playdoh, Literacy Planet, PwC, Hyundai, the UN, The Premiership, Oxford Medical, Repsol, UAE, Spotify, Electron24/7, and more.

Warm, intelligent, engaging, and versatile with a quick turnaround and open manner. I understand that every script for every brand needs to tell a story. Dramatically & BBC broadcast/sound trained.
Can lend a knowledgeable and engaging tone to information/education/corporate content or bring some cheeky and fun energy to animation, explainers, or live events. Happy to ramp up my North Western accent, but it usually only inflects my British delivery.

Quick, reliable, informed.

I started as a presenter on BBC Radio 1 over 20 years ago and began voicing TV programmes soon after. I then expanded into commercials, then online and finally e-learning and audiobook narration.
I am also trained to gold medal standard with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts.
I also trained in audio production and editing with the BBC.

My versatility is key. I am equally comfortable narrating an 80,000-word novel as I am an 8-word tagline.
Some of the brands that have trusted me with their messaging have been Barclays, Coca-cola, Microsoft Teams, Playdoh, PwC, Hyundai, the UN, The Premiership, Oxford Medical, Repsol, UAE, Spotify, Electron24/7, the University of Vienna, Dictador Rum and Femfresh.
I have over 30 fiction and non-fiction titles available for sale on Audible.

I can produce my own fully edited voiceovers in my studio to broadcast standard.
I can also work with you via Zoom, Source Connect, Zencaster, or Skype and deliver the raw files to your own production house.
Or I can do a combination of the two.
