Charlie Carter

Native London accent, Charlie brings a characterful, warm & engaging tone with a reassuring edge. Charlie has an impressive versatility with the talent to turn on several very strong sounds from a standard, RP, neutral voice that is very rich and soothing, to a London/Estuary sound which is cool and lively.

 Training

Charlie has benefitted form many Voice Over classes over the years but has mainly learnt on the job, an Actor of over 30 years, Charlie's first Professional credit was playing one of the leads in Radio play 'Cyborgeddon' playing Gubbins and from then on has voiced many more Radio plays and has most recently begun voicing walking tour guides in London.

 Experience

My biggest achievement was playing the Lead Character Ferret in Radio play 'Ferret' available on Spotify and directed by& Written by Ivan Naisbitt, a comedy bank heist story of failure, love and ultimately coming out on top!
Being hugely interested in History Charlie has been voicing numerous walking tours for Leadenhall Market in the City of London.

Charlie has been singing from the age of 10 professionally, he has been performing Solo and in bands for over 30 years and had written and released 3 Albums and one single which went to No1 on the iTunes Jazz charts. Charlie also sings a lot of Jazz/Swing in a Rat pack style.
A massive highlight this year was Charlie giving a long introduction to Greek superstar Constandinos Arigios at the Royal Albert Hall which is now used at the start of all his concerts world wide.
