"Engaging, warm & sincere British RP or neutral English voice"
Alan Pryke

Alan is a very experienced British voice talent. After a career in international radio broadcasting, as producer and presenter, Alan has for the past 18 years focused on voiceover, scriptwriting and editing work. He has lent his voice (well, not literally) to thousands of productions, ranging from corporate, medical, technical and documentary films, to e-learning and telephony tasks.

Schooled in London, and with 20 Years broadcasting experience, Alan can do genuine RP BBC-type voices. He has a professionally equipped studio and offers fast delivery of high quality voice tracks. Clients can also be hooked up via Skype or phone hybrid to give live direction and listen while the script is being voiced.

Alan is proud to be the voice telling about Civil Rights Defenders' campaign to equip human rights defenders at risk with a life-saving social-media alarm.

Over 30 years of working with and talking into microphones in all kinds of environments, from conducting an interview in a cross-channel ferry's engine-room to whispering close mic work in a high-end London studio.

 Experience

"Alan is not just a VO. He's the actual final touch to most of our productions. Productions for clients who rank as the worlds leading bio pharmaceutical companies with extremely high demands.
Alan's professional approach, fearless input and subtle sense of nuances makes him a natural partner whether it comes to narrating a complex corporate presentation, or give an emotionally demanding documentary a voice.

 Specials

Grew up bilingual, but due to lack of use, Alan's once fluent French is somewhat rusty, but he is happy to voice scripts where clients want an impression of a foreign voice speaking the language well. Also does good spoof Italian and Middle-eastern accents.
20 Years broadcasting experience means I can do genuine BBC News or continuity voices. Also ideal voice talent for Podcasting.
