Rodolfo Gonzalvo
A lively and engaging voice that's not too deep and not too high-pitch.
A great middle-of-the-road voice whose age can't really be determined (late 20s to 50s).
A sound that's entertaining enough that it's not boring, but can also sound intelligent & authoritative.
Formation
I began voice overs over 20 years ago doing radio ads in the Philippines.
I later continued to developed my voice as a radio personality, doing announcer and character voices for on-air promotion plugs, while also doing voice over and live announcer projects on the side.
Expérience
I began my voice over career in 1999 in Manila, Philippines as one of the voices of Ayala Malls.
In the 00's while working as a Radio DJ, I did numerous announcer and character voice over ads for the station as well as freelance. As the short-term interim head of production at Jam 88.3 in Manila, I began learning the technical side of audio production.
I was the "official voice" of Listerine Philippines in the mid 2000's.
After moving back to the US in 2008, I left the industry behind. I continued emceeing events, but only returned to the studio in 2019 as a podcaster.
I currently do eLearning modules for clients like Zuellig Pharma & Asian Development Bank while hosting the podcast In The Pews.
I'm well-versed in Adobe Audition and am able to edit & produce (Clean up, EQ, compress, etc.) voice recordings that are ready for broadcast, if needed.
Particularités
In recent years, I have developed my skills in post-production (editing, EQ & compression), so I am able to provide "ready-to-air" voice over recordings.
