Robert Atkinson

Given my training as a vocal artist, both in speaking and singing, I'm adept at both following direction, as well as having a natural ear for interpretation. Through my choral training and having gathered a good degree of experience in stage acting and opera, I have good control of my instrument and can adapt to whatever is required of me in the booth.

 Formation

My vocal training began in earnest while at University where I studied as a vocal major, combining a varied mix of singing, ensemble work, vocal acting and stage acting. Since then I've had the chance to hone my skills as a freelance vocalist on varying projects, both in the UK and here in Germany.

 Expérience

So far I've had the pleasure of working with a number of companies: for example with Swing Low in Berlin on an educational project; I both acted in and helped produce voice-overs for the theatre show 'iTalk' for Platypus Theater, Berlin; On the other side of the microphone I directed and produced the voice-over for the information video for the Manument Leva Machine by Manument.

 Particularités

I produce with either Ableton Live or Logic Pro X and can gladly offer post production or musical production.
