I am a Mancunian voice artist with an authentic sound and can perform various styles, from professional training videos to emotive game characters. I have lots of quirky voices in my toolbox for animations, audiobooks and character-based roles. Likewise, I can switch to mature, informative and welcoming tones for phone recording messages or explainer videos.
Formation
I studied BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts at Pendleton College, Salford.
I have a BA (Hons) Acting degree from University of Central Lancashire.
I am currently a Lecturer of Performing Arts teaching acting and voice skills and direct the public performances there.
Expérience
I have worked for BBC Radio 3, Channel 4, Baker Media (BBC), Rylands TV, UCLAN Radio, Deadline Theatre Company, New Live Theatre Company, MotionLoco Theatre Company, North-Western Skies Productions, Little Lost Pegasus Films, Vinyl Distortion Productions, Silverback Productions. My experience includes voice over, theatre, short films, a web soap and corporate roleplay. For the past 10 years, I have been an acting teacher, delivering classes on voice and acting skills.
Particularités
I have a professional home studio for recording, which is soundproofed. I record using Rode NT1 with Focusrite Scarlett Interface.
