I am James Gibbs a professional voice over artist.
The year was 1987. My journey into the world of audio began in my senior year of high school. I landed a job working as a professional Radio DJ. because of my natural sounding radio voice, and a love for mixing records. The experience and knowledge I acquired there fueled my passion for recording technology and music production, an audiophile was born.
Since then, I have experience doing various audio work from radio promos to commercial advertising. In 2011 I began a part-time pursuit of becoming a Voice Over Artist whilst pursuing music and audio production through 2015.
After releasing my first independent self-produced, mixed & recorded album in 2022, I turned my attention to pursuing a Voice Over Career full-time in 2022.
My voice is described as seductive, soothing, smooth, and comforting.
