I'm a multilingual voiceover artist based in New York and Korea, fluent in English and Korean and intermediate in Mandarin and Spanish. I thrive in conveying various tones, accents, and a wide range of character voices. I pride myself on being adaptive, creative, and detail-oriented. I have extensive training in voice-over for commercials, audiobooks, and animation from industry professionals alongside professional training in theater, film, and improv at an accredited university in the US. My professional home studio is equipped to deliver high-quality recordings, and I'm always ready to bring your projects to life. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need additional materials. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you!
Formation
I studied with Elizabeth Bunnell, where I received comprehensive training in Commercial reads and animation, and with Piper Goodeve, where I trained in audiobook narration. Additionally, I have participated in workshops about commercial and audiobook narration provided at the Ripley Grier Studio in NYC, which have further refined my abilities.
Expérience
After extensive training, I have made significant strides in developing my craft by successfully creating a diverse range of voice-over samples for my demo reel, showcasing my ability to portray different characters and styles. Currently, I have narrated two audiobooks for two distinguished audiobook publishers in the United States for a fiction literature and a nonfiction autobiography. I also have extensive training and experience in acting after graduating from a renowned theater program in the States and can bring that stage experience to my voice-over craft. I pride myself in being articulate, professional, and versatile depending on the job given. I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned and am excited about the opportunities to bring my voice to new projects.
Particularités
I have participated in the localization of Korean texts to fit the English context more and also worked as a translator for Korean and English translations. Therefore, I have strength in projects requiring multiple languages as I understand how to bring context into my voiceover. I can also adapt to various accents such as British, Korean, Chinese, and French if requested. In addition, my voice range can go from a very young girl to a more mature male voice, which I believe can play a great role in bringing your project to life.
