Alexandra Harris

My voice is smooth, clear, intimate and relatable. While my native accent is standard American, I lived in the U.K. for almost a decade. This has led me to work frequently in both my British RP and standard American accents. As an audiobook narrator, I've most famously leant my voice to the New York Times Best Selling series 'The Others' by Anne Bishop. My corporate clients have included Nike, Paxman, Reynolds and TagMan. My experience with Oracle and various pharmaceutical companies has made me feel comfortable with both scientific, tech and medical jargon. I'm efficient in my work, methodical with my prep, and always provide a quality finished product in a short amount of time.

 Formation

I trained with Anthony Meindl in Los Angeles, as well as at The Actors Centre in London. I'm a graduate of the UCB improv training program in Los Angeles and have also studied and performed at Second City Toronto.

 Particularités

I'm a trained singer and opera singer (mezzo soprano) and am able to provide a finished product from my home studio. As I've mentioned previously, I'm able to shift easily between my British and standard American accent.
