Wes McClintock

My voice has been described as warm, friendly, sincere and calming. I am quick to understand the tone, inflection and delivery needed for each script. I self-correct on the fly as I am a musician/vocalist and know immediately when the performance hasn't hit its mark.

 Formación

Two years of one-on-one commercial voice lessons with Canadian voice over legend John Stocker (Super Mario Brothers, Sailor Moon, Care Bears). Also trained with renowned voice teachers Sears and Switzer.

 Experiencia

I've had the experience of doing voice overs for independent comedy videos (Cynically Tested Productions), short films (I Am Films) , podcasts (The Truth From Here), web series (Marmalaise) and a CBC radio pilot. This experience drove me to create my own comedy podcast "104.X-The Ads" where I mimic advertising, musicians and bands. I am terrific at getting the essence of a certain sound and being able to replicate it whether it be music or voice.

 Características

I compose and record music, write and record podcasts and have an endless amount of voices I can imitate. I play guitar, bass and keys as well as sing. I have a home-studio where I have been recording music and podcasts for years.
