As a full-time Voice Artist who specializes in Explainer, E-Learning, Corporate Narration, Commercial, Animation, Character, and Audiobooks, one of my goals is to be available to my clients when they need someone who can help them to meet a deadline. I take great pride in helping clients, who are often times faced with a demanding schedule of their own, meet that deadline. Aside from the vocal versatility I can offer clients, my mindset for your success is just as, if not more, important.
I’ve run businesses and managed teams, so I know how to keep things moving and clients happy (or at least not pulling their hair out). Having been the person to give direction, I understand the process, which makes me easy to direct. My aim is to deliver a read that hits the right tone and makes the process smooth.
Formación
My journey to becoming a voice actor started some 20 years ago. It began with a few roles in community theatre, which led to acting and improv classes in Chicago at Second City, an acting and voice coach, agents, commercials, film roles, and an improv comedy troupe. This background in acting, coupled with my experience as the engineer of a recording studio, which I owned and operated for several years, led me to the craft of voice acting. Since January of 2024, I have been honing my voice acting skills with Universal Voice Talent Coaching and its expert coaches, who are all working, professional voice actors themselves.
Experiencia
My experience in theatre, on-camera acting, and improv comedy is extensive, all of which led me to voice acting. I currently work with coaches of Universal Voice Talent Coaching, having recorded demos for commercials, animation/characters, and a narration demo which includes explainer, e-learning, and corporate narration scripts. I also produce and narrate a podcast called Beyond the Center, where I narrate short stories of classic science fiction and dark fantasy.
