I earned a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, and enjoyed a career as a rural Social Worker in the Pacific Northwest. I am proficient in medical, legal, and corporate terminology. I've taught Adult Education classes for the general public, and worked as an Intake Worker taking reports about people in a crisis. My calm voice and warm manner put thousands of people at ease making that first call for help.
