Mark Robson

Having worked with medical professionals for over a decade, I specialize in medical narration. With ten years of professional acting experience, I also excel at performing characters (e.g. for corporate training videos) and in applying direction quickly and effortlessly.

 Formación

I have studied voice over (both commercial and corporate narration) with David Rosenthal at the Global Voice Actor Academy, Larry Hudson (Los Angeles) and Kelly McGee (New York). In addition, I participate in weekly VOHeaven voice over workouts with VO actors across the USA, Canada and England. I hold a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

 Experiencia

I have done numerous narrations for Vemco MedEd ( a medical education company), and voiced orientation videos for the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. I have done commercials for Ford Motor Company, Allstate Insurance and Mio.

Dialects: Canadian; New York; Scottish; Irish; Cockney; Queen's English. Singing and acoustic guitar playing in the fingerpicking style of Paul Simon, James Taylor and Jim Croce. In my professional home studio, I can record, edit and master high quality voice overs and save them in such formats as MP3, AIFF, WAV, etc.
