MARE Kretschmar

I’m Mare Kretschmar, a professional voiceover actor. I’ve spent 30 years relaying phone calls for the deaf and hard of hearing, creating a pathway of real-life conversations. This perfectly led me to being a voiceover actor, bringing to life words on a screen and making it a memory and experience for those who hear them. I have a melded combination of strong work ethic instilled by my German-Lutheran parents, and a let’s-have-fun, outside-the-box creative thinking inspired by my aunt. Family created me. I have great energy and conversational tone to make commercials be authentic and fun, but also can bring compassion and depth to somber subject matter Let’s go tell stories together!

Extensive and ongoing work at Universal Voice Training with Terry Daniels, Trish Basanyi, Rob Marley, Jan Anderson, and Garnet Williams.

2 years extensive acting classes (monologue, scene, film) at BriteLite Acting with Mona Lee in Austin, TX.

 Experiencia

I have been in training for 1 1/2 years and have had many auditions, some referred to me by Rob Marley and Terry Daniels, coaches of UVT.

Lead actress in two student films at University of Texas at Austin.
