With over 20 years of experience, I am an all round voice over working in all fields. I often hear from clients that my voice is one of trust, with a friendly energy, so it's ideal for business messages, but also for motherly tones. But don't be fooled by this, I can also sound funny and quirky if needed!
With my home studio, I usually have a quick turn around and am quick to respond to requests.
My languages come from my background: I was born and partly raised in France, have Dutch parents and lived in England as a teenager. So I'm ideal for multi-lingual projects.
Formación
Originally I am a copywriter who did a lot of amateur theater in my spare time. So I started out coaching and directing voices before moving in front of the microphone myself. With this work, you learn on the job, and as you go. But regularly, I'll do a workshop for experienced voices, to keep me sharp and alert - and I find I always learn new things every time.
Experiencia
I have been the VO for Blue Band (a Unilever brand) in the Netherlands for 13 years and am now also the French VO for the sister brand. For the rest I have worked on many brands for radio and TV ads: Makro, several banks, retailstores, Unilever, P&G, Reckitt Benckiser - and for webvideo's, my work ranges from libraries, technical companies, e-learning in marketing and safety procedures, IVR phone systems, rental corporations, banks, insurances companies, day care centres... you name it!
I have combined the copywriting and VO work for years, but since 2013 I am a full time, dedicated VO.
