From Sam Elliott to Julia Child, I've got you covered! Need an accent or character voice? Ask my mom, I drove her crazy with those for years. I've done everything from mellow historical presentations to high energy sports and concert commercials. I can deliver quick turnaround, as my studio is between my bedroom and coffee pot, heck, I've even got capability to record cold VO's when I'm out and about. While God graced me with a deeper set of pipes, I can pitch 'em up and do some wacky vocal things!

 Formación

From age 5 while sitting in front of an old Sears reel-to-reel, my first trainer, my brother, taught me you don't swear in front of a microphone. Fortunately, that lesson stuck... well, except for that one time on the radio, but the music was too loud so no one heard. I learned by doing, which in this business, is the best kind of education, although I'd still like to work with a really good vocal coach. Over 40 years in the business has taught me there's always something to learn from the pros around you! I was blessed with some really great mentors whose words I still hear when I get in front of the mic or go on-air.

 Experiencia

Biggest achievements so far? I'd have to say logging nearly 30 years with Buck Owens (and family) at their flagship broadcast facility would be right there at the top. Co-hosted/hosted the morning show for 20 years and won two Academy of Country Music Awards along the way. Getting to visit the kids at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital was definitely a big bonus! I was asked to advise Google when they launched into their production and media business years ago. As a ground-floor preferred provider, I got to voice and produce a number of projects nationwide. I've produced other voice talents through my own media buying as well. I've done audio books on Audible, and voiced projects for the like of Brigham Young University, Mimeo, Papa Murphy's Pizza, AT&T, Mattress Firm, the US Department of Defense, The American Hockey League, Bank of the Sierra, and many others.

Special skills? Like signing? Not really, wasn't bestowed with that one. How about production skills? Oh heck year, as fun to produce as it is to voice. Copywriting? Sure. I can even edit Spanish spots if I've got the script in front of me, even though I'm still learning it. Quick turnaround is available too.
