I have a confident and seductive voice. My voice coach Nicole Oliver once described my voice as "Liquid Gold", I just added the British. ;)

Comedy is my forte. Born and bred on the moors of North Yorkshire, England, sarcasm and a good sense of wit are embedded at my core and have been a blessing and a curse. However, both have served me well in life and performance. It's also a wonderful way to make someone laugh. It's therapy and where I shine best.

Furthermore, having lived on three different continents, I've picked up a lot of regional dialects and accents, met a lot of eccentric characters, and immersed myself in several foreign cultures, all of which enrich the human experience and human connection. Continuing to draw from these experiences has contributed to my VO journey well and I've been able to create and cultivate a broad range of voices and characters.

 Formación

I studied Voice-Over at On The Mic Training Academy in Vancouver where I learned commercial, corporate, documentary, and character narration. During my time in Vancouver, I honed my skill-set as a regular attendee of the Actor's Drop-In Meet-up, performing cold-reads with other actors. I also completed Larry Hudson's VO HEAVEN course which upgraded my sound editing skill-set. I use punch and roll and deliver clean and edited files for audition purposes and to prospective clients.

 Experiencia

I recently updated my commercial and corporate demo, working with my producer to showcase my new and improved studio and evolved voice-over skill-set. My last voice-over contract was for 8 months where I performed short stories, sleep stories, and meditations for an application called Soothing Pod. I participate in weekly VO work-out sessions and volunteer at Librivox- continuously working on my craft.
