Dana Detrick

Dana Detrick’s passion is to help other businesses and creatives build incredible, dynamic brands. For 25 years as founder and creative force at Serious Vanity, her skills have touched a range of industries through her expertise in voice performance and production (as well as broadcast media, content marketing, music, audio and video production, and entertainment). Through repeated collaboration with 100+ agencies, creative developers, production houses, media managers, talent buyers, and progressive entrepreneurs, Dana has been key in delivering innovation, satisfaction and results for respected brands including Hallmark, Disney, Microsoft, PNC, Luxottica Retail, Dell, and Scholastic. When she's not in the studio, Dana enjoys feeding her creative cup through animal rescue, communing with nature, playing music with friends in the local Kansas City music scene, and philosophical studies.

 Formación

Dana received her Associate in Arts from Kansas City Kansas Community College in 1997, with emphasis in Music Technology and Music Composition. She'd already completed recording seminars through the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as studied drama and improvisation through her formative years, so it wasn't a stretch from her work in corporate audio, media creation, post-production and editing that she became a voice talent herself.
