Clifton Castelloe

As a commercial producer with a large radio conglomerate, I learned to provide polished productions swiftly. My narrative reads tend to be conversational and friendly, with a variety of English accents. I also voice a variety of animated characters.

 Formación

I began my career in the 1990s as a voice actor, recording engineer and producer for Jacor Communications in Santa Barbara, CA. It was an ideal learning environment as I was required to complete multiple tasks efficiently (common in radio) while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. I worked closely with the sales staff to ensure that our vision for the productions were in line with the client’s expectations.

 Experiencia

I have experience in VR, and have been the voice a number of commercials for many well known companies. In addition to my spoken word projects and original music, I have been selected to voice several jingles for companies who were looking for a modern rock male voice. I was also a regular singer for Muzak in their karaoke track production facility and provided the guide track voice for many modern rock and country songs.

I am creative to the core but I also understand what it means to be a professional service provider. My focus is always on fulfilling my role and meeting or exceeding expectations. To that end, I am happy to meet virtually to discuss the key aspects of any project. I can bring these special talents to the table: friendly, conversational narration, a broad range of characters, a general American English accent (I grew up in the South, but spent 10 years in California where my accent became neutral), a genuine Southern American accent if needed, vast knowledge of recording and polished, edited, fully prepared vocal tracks from my professional recording studio, original music compositions in any style.
