Tanya O'Sullivan

Being born and raised in Surrey, England means I naturally have that appealing, neutral British accent which is a great fit for all sorts of genres of Voiceover. Having originally trained in Musical Theatre at Guildford School of Acting I have a talent for bringing your script and vision to life. Whether you want something professional and sophisticated or quirky and fun my voice is adaptable and engaging. I have an excellent ability to take direction so you can be assured I will produce the exact sound you're looking for, and if you're not quite sure what you want yet I love to play with the text and give you options.

My actor training means I can create believable and nuanced characters; I have a great ear for accents and can manipulate my voice within a wide tonal range. I particularly enjoy working with comedy, so if you need some great comic timing I might be just the person you're looking for.

Someone once hired me as the voice of Mary Poppins, if she doesn't ooze fun sophistication I don't know who does!

I originally trained at Guildford School of Acting where voiceover was one element of the curriculum, since then I have been using Gravy for the Brain to upskill myself as well as having some one on one coaching sessions with Hugh Edwards.

I have produced voiceovers for companies including Colgate, Corsodyl, Mind, Boots, Spotify and many more.

I have experience in commercials, radio and podcast plays, children's narration, E-learning content, video narration, animation, corporate work, IVR and everything in between.
