I have always been the friendly neighbour. I'm have the voice of the guy next door, your best friend, and your favourite confidante. By being empathetic, I have learned how to be a great listener! And like every great listener, I know just what to say.
Beyond that, I want to have fun and explore with my voice! I love using my voice to bring ideas and projects to life, and life a read off a page!

I have completed the Comprehensive Voice-Over Training Diploma through On The Mic Training. There, I spent 6 months working in studio with over 20 industry professionals, learning all aspects of voice-over.
I am trained in narration, commercials, animation, dubbing, accents and dialects, acting for voice-over, video games, and more.
This education included audio engineering, to ensure that I can provide a professional sound from my acoustically treated home studio.
Additionally, I have taken many more small classes to further my education, such as:
Mastering Your Home Studio, Marketing Your Voice, Vocal Health and Phonetics, and Building Characters

Before I started training, I landed a job narrating for a YouTube documentary channel about paleontology. This channel grew, and for the next 3 years, I narrated for the channel Dinosaur Discovery. Shortly after Dinosaur Discovery launched, the same client offered my another channel to narrate called EarlyHumans, which explored early human prehistory.
Over the following 3 years, I narrated over 150 videos, read sponsorship reads, and accumulated approximately 15 million views on my voice.
I am tremendously proud of this work, as it serves as a time capsule of my training. The first videos are of an inexperienced artist, with no idea how to narrate. Through the years, my confidence grew, and I came into my own voice. I then had the great opportunity to continue this work while I completed by diploma with On The Mic, reading two narrations per week.
For 2.5 of the 3 years, I edited all of my own audio, giving me a great deal of experience editing long form narrations, cleaning up audio artifacts, and EQing my own voice.
Additionally, I narrated, (and along with my partner) wrote, produced, filmed, and edited a 7 part series of a local nature documentary, as part of Telus Storyhive Voices 2.0
Through this, I had to edit video and audio together both artistically and technically, ensuring I followed all broadcasting standards in BC, Canada, as contracted by Telus.
