Ann Osmond

My voice is mature and articulate and often described as warm and empathetic. I have been praised for my ability to convey information clearly while maintaining warmth and accessibility. I enjoy helping people to learn and understand things as much as bringing characters to life in works of fiction.

Storytelling in all its forms is my greatest joy. I was always the first one to raise my hand to read aloud in elementary school. That enthusiasm has not waned and led to theatre studies at Stanford University and my current career as a professional actor, singer and VO artist.

I enjoy learning languages and feeling like a citizen of the world. So far I speak some Swedish (one side of my family), French and Spanish and look forward to adding others to the mix. When not in my booth I am involved in theatre, film and television projects and perform in jazz and cabaret venues in the NYC region.

Countless audiobook and VO workshops over the last 20 years with coaches such as Johnny Heller (veteran audiobook/VO actor), Jason Sasportas (VO agent, Stewart Talent), Jeff Gurner (VO actor) and various at the SAG-AFTRA VO Lab.
Current ongoing intensive private coaching with Sean Pratt (noted audiobook narrator/ VO artist)
Vocal coaches for singing include Marilyn Maye, Andrea Marcovicci, Lennie Watts, Lina Koutrakos and many others.

 Deneyim

I have narrated 35 audiobooks , and counting. For most I was hired directly by Audible, Inc. For some I produced the audiobooks as well.
I recently completed over 120 hours of e-Learning narration for grades 2-8.
I have some experience doing radio promo spots.
I have extensive Theatre, Film and Television acting experience.
