Amelia James

My natural voice has been described as approachable, trustworthy and youthful by audio professionals, lending itself well to charity and emotional projects. I am originally from Lancashire in North West , England so I have a soft northern accent, as well as the ability to perform believably in several others such as American Standard, RP and Yorkshire.
I also can perform in character voices, my speciality is quirky and outgoing characters.

 Eğitim

I regularly attend in-person and online classes to constantly sharpen my skillset however I believe my years of experience speak for itself. I have been a professional VO artist for almost 3 years now, working with clients such as NatWest, Cancer Research UK and NSPCC.

 Deneyim

As mention previously, some big names I have worked for so far are Cancer Research UK, NSPCC and NatWest for various projects on nationwide radio ads and internal training. I have been hired twice by Cancer Research UK as they stated they were very happy with my work and professionalism.
I have also been casted as the lead role in a Mastory animated series, to helping children understand and be more engaged maths. In this I have created a character voice specifically for the role of a young American girl. This is currently in production but I cannot wait to see it complete and I am proud to be involved in something that will hopefully help other in their life and studies.
I have also voiced short films, TVCs, podcasts and video game characters to name a few, for various clients in my almost 3 years worth of professional VO acting.

I have over 1000hrs of audio recording under my belt, I would say I am very confident editing and mixing audio- removing breaths, clipping fluffs etc. All my clients receive high-quality audio files ready to drop into their projects.
