Adam Stubbs

I have worked as an audiobook narrator for 7 years, with 38 published titles under my belt. I have specialised in Fantasy and Sci-Fi, but have also done books for Romance, Mystery/Thriller and Non Fiction. I have worked with major publishers such as Podium and Aethon to produce some of those titles. Narration requires a large dynamic range to bring characters to life, particularly Fantasy, where one book can have hundreds of unique characters.
I have branched out into Commercials and Corporate VO. I can perform long form narration with consistent smooth tones. I can inject enthusiasm and excitement for hard sells and slower, more personal reads to bring the listener in.

 Eğitim

I was coached by Tanya Rich during lockdown. It was through her that I produced my Commercial and Corporate voice reels.
The rest of my skills have been self taught from listening to my favourite narrators and the mistakes I made in producing my first few books myself.
I have also honed my acting talent through stage acting for the past 10 years. My most prominent roles are the title characters in Shakespeare's Hamlet and Henry V, as well as Marcus Brutus in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.

 Deneyim

I feel my biggest achievement is working with Podium Entertainment (a publisher whose work I listen to regularly) to produce the Grimoires of London series.
I have also worked with Aethon Audio and Royal Guard Publishing. I have also been contacted directly by successful authors to produce their work, such as the litRPG writer L M Kerr.

I have the technical skills to be able to edit and master my audio to a professional standard. I am highly familiar with Punch and Roll recording through Studio One and am comfortable with the Isotope RX 10 editing software.
