I spent 16 years of my career in Istanbul, Turkey, as a professional Language Linguist and ex pat Journalist; I greatly enjoyed being a Teacher Trainer for Cambridge University Press. Established my own educational company Unique Education for many years. I taught myself fluent Turkish and was an interpreter in Istanbul and Kusadasi working for the crown prosecution and police, upon request. During my time in Istanbul I was a member of press for the British Consulate and an on camera presenter. I am a well presented, articulate professional that is goal driven and thrive using my own initiative. I pride myself on being able to multi task and cope well in stressful situations. My skills and strengths lie in all forms of administration, business development, quality client service and management partnered with good communication skills. Whilst tutoring the family of one of Turkey’s prominent Film Directors I was inspired to step into the world of voice over. Therefore in 2011 I opened British Voice Over UK; I produce professional voice over for TV/ Radio commercials, corporate training videos, animation projects, ADR, dubbing, time sync, radio imaging and much more besides. I have trained in voice over for many years and will keep training for many more to come as I love what I do!
