Pascal Langdale

I am a full-time actor with a deep experience in Voice, theatre, TV, film, videogame - a career that spans across over three decades. I was once described as the "Swiss army knife of Mocap" because I have dedicated a lifetime to embodying the characters I play - especially in a voice booth.

My restless curiosity means I can reference videogames and poetry, renovations and pre-Cambrian fossils, or just tell stories around a camp fire. With two passports I comfortable whichever accent border I cross - North American, British, and the transatlantic in between.

A graduate of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art I have worked in all media. I also teach voice and movement for On the Mic diploma course. I am a member of Paul Schmidt's VO Pro group, and periodically take workshops with Kim Hurdon (Toronto) and D'arcy Smith (Extreme Vocals)

After appearing in and voicing over 30 commercials in the UK, it was playing Ethan Mars (Heavy Rain) that led to further videogame credits becoming a regular in Ubisoft Toronto franchises, including Far Cry, Splintercell and Assassins Creed. Most notable of these roles was the role of Bagley - the AI assistant in Watchdogs: Legion - for which he was nominated for a Canadian Game Award.

I can work from my professional home booth, using either my Shure Sm7b or Sennheiser Mk4 with a Scarlet Focusrite 2i2. I am proficient at Adobe Audition, and have experience providing facial capture for "Reverse ADR" (facial and lip capture to pre recorded audio) using Dynamixyz Performer.
