Sheila Smith

I love bringing stories to life. E-Learning, Corporate and Short Narration along with Explainer and Documentaries are my passion, although, I enjoy Commercials as well.

With a background as a Flight Attendant, I've had an opportunity to observe and interact with various personalities, which gives me a unique perspective for storytelling with a wide range of voices that can take listeners on a journey.

I am a professional in every sense of the word, from my home studio, to my interaction with my clients. I can also do live directed sessions using Zoom or Google Meet.

 Formação

I am a graduate of the Voice Over Coaching & Demo Development Program with Voice Coaches, where I completed a Self-Paced Web Program in addition to One-on-One Coaching sessions which culminated in my first professional Demo.

I am currently participating in the Big Kahuna Program with Universal Voice Talent Coaching (UVT)j. I have had One-on-One training with several coaches led by Terry Daniel who wrote and produced my Commercial and Narration Demo.

I continue to educate myself through workshops though UVT and other educational sources.

 Experiência

I have had the opportunity to voice narration videos for a small. non-profit organization and a voice messaging system for a start-up medical supply company. I am currently working to build up my portfolio by auditioning for voiceover jobs.

I am currently a volunteer reader of the CRIS radio for the Chicago Lighthouse which is an organization that supports sight impaired individuals.

I have also completed reading projects for Librivox.org which is a free online audiobook site.
