Greg Irwin was the voice of Tokyo Disneyland, Nissan, NTT Docomo’s “You’ve Got Mail,” and the ANA Inflight Announcements. He is currently the voice of Taiwan’s Starlux Airlines and the TBS World Heritage Canon Logos. Greg has narrated promotional videos for many Japanese major companies, including the Japanese Government. Television CM’s that Greg has narrated have appeared on CNN, BBC and all of the major Japanese Television Stations. Greg has voiced many game characters from Konami, Nintendo, and Sony Playstation. He is known by gamers around the world as the Street Fighter Announcer. Greg narrated the NHK Documentary "Hiroshige" which was awarded an International Emmy Award.
Also a professional Singer/Songwriter, Greg translated over 100 Japanese songs and has released several CD’s and CD Books in Japan. He was the winner of the Japan Doyo Cultural Prize for his English translations and Lyrics.
Currently he is popular in Japan as a Bilingual Master of Ceremonies. He was the MC for the Opening Ceremonies of the MLB/World Baseball Classic at the Tokyo and Fukuoka Dome, the Star Wars Celebration in Japan, APA Hotels and Alicon Japan’s 50th Anniversary, and many Charity and Company events. He is also popular as a Wedding Reception MC throughout Japan, where guests appreciate his well-known voice and warm personality.
