Aina Calpe Serrats

After studying the four year BA Acting Programme at Barcelona's Theatre Institute (Institut del Teatre), Aina worked as a professional actress in theatre, television and film for over 15 years. Her passion for voice and performance beckoned her to London to pursue her MA Voice Studies: Teaching and Coaching at the world-renowned Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London, where she graduated with distinction.

Aina is also an award-winning actress and a professional voiceover artist (VO) working in Spanish, English and Catalan recording remotely from her own professional studio
Best known amongst experimental filmmakers and Aina has featured in several international film festivals for her leading role in the feature film ‘La Linea Recta’ (The Straight Line) and the award-winning film ‘Caracremada’. Aina is also an established and celebrated actress in Barcelona’s theatre scene, having received the distinguished “Revelation Award” from the Theatre Critic’s Choice of Barcelona.
