Cristina Petrarca

Hi there! My name is Cristina and I excel at warm and cozy and reads as well as playful, witty sarcasm. When I'm in the booth I can be the Leslie Knope or the April Ludgate (for all you Parks and Rec fans out there). I'm also great at natural, even reads for eLearning narration as well as professional and clear tones for corporate event "voice of god" (yes, god can be five feet tall and wear punk-rock boots). I can work independently on projects or I can do live direction from my home studio booth. I'm professional as well as easy-going and I welcome any and all feedback to give clients exactly what they want so their spot can truly shine.

 Doświadczenie

Most of my experience is in commercials and I have worked with Eat Fit Go, Weight Watchers, Thumbtack and more. I had the great fortune to work with the American Cancer Society on a radio commercial for a cause that is very near and dear to my heart.

I have also worked extensively in eLearning for CEV Multimedia and StudySync.

I have worked with Ember Brand LLC since 2020 on their corporate events, reading everything from sponsor videos, guest speaker intros and reminding people to take their seats.

I have done work on various audio dramas and podcasts including a Star Wars the Old Republic MMO podcast that I wrote, produced and co-hosted. One of my favorite roles was providing the English voice for Hwang Jini in the video game Mobile Legend Adventures. I recently discovered that this character is actually super powerful and useful in the game and it's really awesome to know that so many people hear me on a daily basis.

Finally, just this year I wrote, produced and acted in an original radio play "The Shortsighted Story of Veronica Vandernewt" with my dear friend Heather Perkins. We had an absolute blast working on this and it was really fun to see VO from the casting side of things.

I do have some editing and post-production skills that I put into action for The Star Forge Podcast as well as my own radio play "The Shortsighted Story of Veronica Vandernewt". I'm also very good at taking direction from the booth and I'm always ready to try new things as well as bring my own crazy ideas to life.

I can also knit, figure skate, and play video games. My hardcore raiding talents are only just surpassed by my exquisite Animal Crossing island (There's that Leslie Knope and April Ludgate in me again).
