Hello! I'm Alfie Coy and I have been in the VO game for well over 18 years. I got my start in VO as an intern for a major-market radio station in Dallas-Fort Worth, when the production director ushered me into his booth, handed me a script, and told me "GO!"
My strong suits include the casual and conversational reads that sound like they're coming from your best friend, the enthusiastic and excited reads that hype up audiences, and well-honed comedic timing for your sharp-witted copy that comes across effortlessly. I've been trained to work both in front of the mic and behind the scenes! I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to tell a story and connect with an audience.

I've recorded spots and campaigns for a whole host of clients including Samsung, 7-Eleven, Hulu, Taco Bueno, TXU Energy, Texas Health Resources, Fortune Tires, Diageo, Balcones Distilling, Don Julio Tequila, The American Heart Association, Tachus Fiber Internet (a 2024 Davey Award Winning Integrated Campaign!) , and The Texas Department of Transportation. I've recorded dozens of e-learning and B2B training modules for clients such as PepsiCo and Lexia Learning—a division of Rosetta Stone. And I've recorded beloved character work for clients such as Crunchyroll, BonusXP, and Hi-Rez Studios. In addition to all this, I've had the pleasure of working with award-winning ad agencies including TRG, The Loomis Agency, iluminere Digital, Charlie Uniform Tango, and Holmes Millet Advertising.

I'm a classically trained singer who's had the luxury of performing with choirs in locales such as the US Capitol, The US Naval Academy, and as part of the prestigious University of North Texas Men's Choir under the direction of Dr. Paul Tucker. In addition, I am a well-seasoned disc jockey and radio announcer, as well as an emcee. Accents and dialects include: GenAm (North American), Estuary, RP, Cockney, Texan, American Southern, Irish (Dublin), Scottish (Glasgow), Spanish (Mexican), Spanish (European), Australian, and New Zealand
Also, I'm a great ballroom dancer, but that doesn't always come across on the mic!
