Tracy Collier

As a trained actor my real strength is in narration and character voice. I can really create atmosphere and nuance with my voice. I excel at creating a unique voice for each character using tone, accents, tempo and articulation. I have a good range to my voice achieving a natural deeper sound where needed. I am experienced at judging the style of VO needed, and am meticulous in my delivery .

 Opleiding

VO skills were learned at drama school. I trained at Bird College for 3 years. I also had vocal training at East 15. I subsequently studied at The Showreel, taking numerous courses. I worked alongside audio producer Gordon Lorenz at CBS studios for 5 years. I also attended online courses with GravyfortheBrain.

 Ervaring

I am currently producing 6 audio books for Audible, the Amazon book site. I also recorded sections of the New Testament on a 15 CD series for Gordon Lorenz, a production forthe Salvation Army. I have worked for BBC radio as a narrator for the ' Write Hear, Write Now' series. I recorded several CD's for Pickwick Music including 'The Best of Cole Porter, The Best of Irving Berlin, 1920’s Love Songs, Me and My Girl, Hello Dolly and High Society ( Some of which available on Spotify) Recorded the title track for the film 'Tesoro Mio' in Italian.
