Opleiding
Peter Kersting Productions was founded in 2020; specializing in voice-over explainers and audiobook narration, and bringing with it all the skills I’ve acquired over a varied career in media, marketing, education, and hospitality.
I've been lucky to train with some of the biggest and brightest in the business. Johnny Heller for my audiobook demo, Marc Scott on the business side of voice-over, and most recently J. Michael Collins for voice-over explainer.
I started my career in multimedia journalism in 2016. I was lucky enough to be a writer, editor, television anchor, and radio play-by-play guy for over 3 years where I got my first taste for VO and copywriting for audio.
In 2019, I left the world of multimedia journalism and marketing to travel the world and I found myself pulled further into the world of audio. I started the podcast Alone with Peter to document my journey teaching English in Korea, reigniting my love for the medium and starting me down the path to becoming a professional voice-over artist.
