Female voice-over talent Jamee Thompson’s warm, real, comforting voice has been featured in radio and television commercials across her native California and across America.
Her voice-over skills also include narration for corporate sales and marketing videos, e-learning presentations and long and short form documentaries. Jamee's friendly and confident voice style makes her a popular choice for message on-hold and telephony audio recording as well.
Jamee's creative voice talent skills are also in high demand for character voices that range from unique real people caricatures to completely invented out of this world character voices - sometimes she's not even sure where those character voices come from!
She’s a Magna cum laude graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. A self-described information junky, she’s studied with some of the finest in the country - privately with Nancy Wolfson of Braintracks Audio in Los Angeles, CA, J. Michael Collins, and nationwide at industry events such as FaffCamp and FaffCon.
Jamee recently was awarded three honorable mentions at IMTA in NYC. Excellence in Voiceover, On-Camera Host, and Screen test.
