Devon Nickel

My normal speaking voice is an extremely clear and clean American accent. I have little to no distinct dialect. I normally sit in the baritone range when speaking, although when singing, I sit in the bari-tenor range. I have a lot of flexibility in tone and pitch, as I also have a strong falsetto.

 Opleiding

I studied Theatre in the Bachelor of Arts program at both Scottsdale Community College and Arizona State University. I also took professional voice lessons both in and outside of school. A large portion of my studies included vocal technique, character vocalization, and language/dialect studies. The skills I learned during my studies directly influenced and translated to my professional voice acting career.

 Ervaring

I most recently voiced some of the characters from Swords of Legends Online a MMORPG released in early 2022 to the english speaking market. One may also recognize my voice when they take the english audio tour through the Bergbaumuseum in Bochum, Germany. I have also done numerous training and marketing videos for major corporations such as Conrad electronics, SAP, and many more.  Specifieke vaardigheden

I have a wide range of dialects that I can perform. I have Southern American, New York, Standard British, Louisiana Drawl, and a few more in my repertoire. I also have a large collection of self created character voices. I am very flexible and it is typically easy for me to create and develop new character voices when needed. I can also do a few impressions. For example, Shaggy from Scooby Doo, Droopy, Yogi the Bear, and a few others.
