Ray Foss

I am truly passionate about audio production and the ability to engage/reach out to people through the power of our voices. I am an audiophile with an uncanny attention to detail. I believe I am engaging and I have been told my voice is similar to Philip Seymour Hoffman as well as Mike Rowe from "Dirty Jobs".

I have used my voice my entire life in one capacity or another. I was in local small theater productions starting at age 11. I started singing at church, and when I started playing piano at the age of 10, my parents also made sure I had voice lessons. I have been passionate about voice over work ever since I was a kid and I began making personal messages for my home phone number with the old school tape recorded answering machines.

I attended the Ohio Center for Broadcasting and graduated class MVP in December of 2013 at the Denver, CO campus.

I have been playing/singing in music bands since 1996 and that has given me the opportunity to be comfortable in front of people and a microphone

1 year internship at Entercom (now Audacy, Inc.) for a cluster of radio stations in Denver
- create segment intro for BJ and Jamie's "Good News Bad News" segment on the BJ and Jamie morning Show Alice 105.9 KALC

3 years of board operations / commercial production for Entercom (now Audacy, Inc.)
- produced over 2500 commercial spots
- 50-75 sweeps and intros

Created and Produced 1 to 2 minute "This Week in Rock" segments and sweeps for 99.5themountain.com

On-Air talent Weeknights from 9p-12a M-F and weekends for 14 months on 99.5 The Mountain KQMT
