Having come most recently from a heavy manufacturing background, I have voiced corporate narration, safety and compliance videos for my previous employer, a Fortune 500 global steel company. I love this kind of work! Through my years of voiceover training, I also discovered a talent for other genres, including commercial, E-learning, political ads, and animation. I'm a native of Hawai'i and speak the pidgin dialect very proficiently. My dojo colleagues have described my voice as confident, calming, professional, good scotch, smooth, wise, warm and worldly.
Formazione
I began taking classes at The VO Dojo in 2022, under Master Sensei and well known LA VO artist Tish Hicks, and other sensei Cat Campion, Stephanie Riggio and Terri Nicole. After my 6 week introductory course, I went through the entire 15 month mastery course, successfully passing through all belt levels (white, yellow, green, blue, brown) and earning a black belt in the spring of 2024. I am continuing on in the professional program, and have also participated in weekend intensives learning from industry professionals .
Esperienza
Thus far my vocal abilities have been showcased mostly for internal videos for my previous employer, ArcelorMittal. I have also voiced short narratives for the Cleveland Water Taxi service, the Great Lakes Science Center (Cleveland) and the Museum of Science and Industry (Chicago.) These were all videos that were shown internally at the venues as part of event sponsorship by ArcelorMittal. The Cleveland Water Taxi narration actually played for an entire summer to all those who crossed the river via the Water Taxi service.

I am a good editor (video and sound) and have a decent singing voice.
