With a background in improvisational acting and musical theatre, as well as having extensive training and experience as an instructor/presenter at all levels of education (Kindergarten in North America to University), Tom blends the comedic sharpness of an improv actor with the authoritative, trusted tone of a knowledgeable subject expert in psychology and education.

Tom has decades of professional experience as a counsellor and educator. In my counselling practice, I respond to crisis and trauma events. This gives me an empathy and compassion from being invited into the depths of peoples' lives. In order to do that work, I need to develop rapport and trust - qualities that are essential in conveying information in corporate and e-learning sectors. Masters degree trained and "school of life" educated.

With his professional background, Tom is very comfortable with technical or medical vocabulary.
