Kiran Kumar

I'm a warm and approachable baritone with a uniquely "quirky" voice as described by some teachers. While in casual conversation I sound like the knowledgable tech worker I am in real life, I also relish the opportunity to inject a ton of energy in my performances in order to play a psychotic villain, an anime or JRPG protagonist, or that crazy friend who's a little too much for others to deal with. If you need someone to bring energy to a character, look no further!

 Ausbildung

I've been training since late 2019 through online classes through various voice over studios across California including Ace Studios LA, Real Voice LA, Sound On Studio, Voiceover Camp and Voice One. I've also done private coaching with various actors including Kirsten Day, Joe Hernandez and Crispin Freeman. Kirsten and Joe coached me towards and directed my animation and commercial demos in 2022.

 Erfahrung

I voiced the commercial for the English launch of the Belgian company Spot Workshops and booked roles in some indie video games in 2022 including A Twisted Tale and I Married a Monster on a Hill.

 Besonderheiten

I'm a baritone singer with over 15 years of a cappella performance experience. My range is E2 to A4 (chest voice) to F5 (falsetto).

I also have a master's degree in music technology and am extremely comfortable editing and mixing audio in DAWs (I use Logic Pro)
