Her long career in the financial world and running a four billion dollar portfolio of mortgage loans for a large credit union, give her a natural authority when discussing these topics. Jacquelyn's career spans stage, screen, and radio, with major roles including Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Ghost of Christmas Past in A Christmas Carol, and Felicia Dantine in I Hate Hamlet, among others. She worked as a radio newscaster for Radio Viva de Santiago in Santiago, Chile, S.A., and was the female lead singer for three years for Manifold, a rock cover band based in Spain.

Jacquelyn trained with J. Michael Collins and with the Actor's School in Austin, Texas. She is a trained actress and loves character acting (which explains her love of voicing video games). She lived outside of the U.S. for about 16 years and trained on her feet at radio stations and theatres around the world. She continues her education by taking courses and going to seminars regularly. She is currently working with an Austin organization to set up and host a podcast featuring the lives of their members. She was also the star of a television segment called Uncomfortable Conversations on the Guy Forsyth Music Hour which played on the Austin Music Channel here in Austin, Texas.

Jacquelyn has a warm, compelling, and vibrant alto natural speaking voice and speaks Spanish fluently; she can also hobble along in several other Latin-based languages. She lived for approximately 11 years in Spanish-speaking countries in S.A. and Europe, and about five years spread among other countries. She was lead female singer in a rock band in Spain for about 3 1/2 years. She can voice many different accents effectively and naturally and she is a talented mimic. If she can hear it, she can generally reproduce it.
