The voice of Poskas has been described as a warm, conversational, guy next door folksy feel. It has been said that his sound has a unique, edgy quality. He has spent much of his professional career behind the scenes in various multi-media settings, but found his true calling as a Voice Actor. He feels that this experience in production has added to his performances due to a greater understanding of the process.

Poskas' professional Voice Acting training includes various techniques and development that he has learned from Richard Horvitz, Steve Blum, Dee Bradley Baker, Rachael Messer, Everett Oliver, David H. Lawrence XVII, Michael Curran-Dorsano, Sarah Jones-Larson, David Larson, Terry Daniel, Gary Groomes, Jim Schnobrich and John Wehrman. The various trainings, workshops, courses, and direct coaching has led to a development that he thrives in. He also is involved in studying other acting, stunts, fighting, and improv methods that add to his performances with The Will Wallace Actng Company, Bill Cooper, the Fake Fighting Company, and the Brave New Workshop which he has used on camera for Film, TV, commercials, and industrials.
